Exchange & Return Policy

1. Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• Defective, damaged, or wrong products received.
• Products remain in unused condition with original box and tags intact.
• Provision of valid unboxing video proof.

2. Return Policy

We offer a 3 days return policy specifically if the product is delivered damaged. An unboxing video is mandatory to initiate a return request.

3. Full refund

If an exchange cannot be processed due to stock issues, we will issue Full Payment Back for the exact same amount, which can be redeemed on any future order.

4. Not Eligible for Exchange

The following requests will not be processed for exchange or return:

• Items not returned in their original condition.
• Physical damage caused by the customer.
• Products without proper unboxing video evidence.
